Alliance Contracting - Building New Collaborations

Alliance Contracting, is this the answer to radically change how public services are delivered through a partnership between Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector and the Public Sector?

On 18 September 2015 CollaborationNI held a seminar on Alliance contracting.  Due to growing interest in this area CollaborationNI hosted a second event on Alliance Contracting. It built on the learning experiences from the September 2015 seminar. The key question arising then was:

Is alliance contracting, the answer to radically change how public services are delivered through a partnership between the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector and the Public Sector?

The associated reported can be downloaded here.

This was the eleventh and final  policy symposium delivered by CollaborationNI.  The partnership of CollaborationNI was commissioned by the Building Change Trust and was delivered in partnership by NICVA, CO3 and Stellar Leadership.  The funding for the programme has ended.  However each of the organisations continue to provide collaboration support.
