Celebration of Success
Over 40 learners attended the annual Presentation of Certificates ceremony which recognises and celebrates outstanding achievement in leadership and management, education and training, coaching and mentoring and management of volunteers.
This year's guest speaker was Ann Gravells, an educational consultancy based in East Yorkshire. Ann has been working in the further education and skills sector for over 30 years and is currently an author and training consultant. She specialises in teaching, training, assessment and quality assurance. She advised the learners to "never be afraid to try out new ideas" as she encouraged them to continue their learning and adopt the techniques gained in the training sessions to their workplace practice.
Learners graduated in the following disciplines:
- ILM Management of Volunteers
- ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring
- ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
- TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training
- ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management
