Go online with NICVA training

Over the past 2 years NICVA has been introducing a blended approach to learning, combining face-to-face training with online webinars. We have been using GoTo Meeting software to host meetings and online training sessions and have found it easy to use, effective and value for money. Those attending the training have enjoyed the experience too, they have increased their skills and knowledge while sitting at their desks, meaning less downtime and making it more affordable and accessible.

Roisin Kelly, Skills Development Coordinator has been using GoToMeeting for several of her training sessions, she says “GoToMeeting is a brilliant resource for communicating effectively with participants on our training programmes. It is easy to set up and use and means that people are not having to travel to get involved. I use it for all of the ILM and TQUK inductions with participants and have developed a few online training sessions such as Time management and Managing conflict.
