NICVA staff celebrate swooping the Investors in People Gold Award for the second time!

Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. NICVA has been described as “an exemplary organisation in terms of stakeholders’ engagement and involvement in the development of business strategy”.  The report goes on to recognise that “NICVA has provided strong leadership for the sector raising awareness of the value which the sector brings to the NI economy”.
