NJC Payscales – Agreement now reached for 2013

Agreement has now been reached on rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2013.
The new rates are in line with the pay increase of 1.0%. It has also been agreed that Spinal Column Point 4 (SCP4) will be deleted with effect from 1 October 2013. Therefore, employees on SCP4 shall progress to SCP5 on 1 October and, if automatic increments apply, shall progress to SCP6 with effect from 1 April 2014.
