NICVA is recruiting a Project Coordinator to work on a new programme of work called 'The Next Chapter'. 

Job title: Project Coordinator, The Next Chapter
Responsible to: Head of Policy and Public Affairs
Status of Post: Full time, fixed term contract to 31 December 2019
Salary: Salary equivalent Scale H, NJC Salary points 32 -34 (£28,485 - £30,153). Candidates will normally be appointed at the first point on the scale.

About the project:
The 'Next Chapter' aims to improve the representation of women in public and political life to create a more gender-sensitive society, which will in turn create positive working relationships between Catholics and Protestants. 10 Chapters will be established accross Northern Ireland and the border regions, which will include membership that is reflective of the region in terms of gender, religion, ethnicity and disability. The Next Chapter project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programe, managed by the Special EN Programmes Body (SEUPB). Politics Plus (lead partner) in partnership with NICVA and Irish Rural Link will implement this collaborative project. 

About the role:
​The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the smooth delivery of the project throughout its lifetime. They will provide direct support to the Project Manager and actively work on the project and its administrative functions.
