DFP budget guidance to departments
Visit the Smart Solutions in Tough Times campaign homepage
I recently requested a copy of the guidance DFP issues to other departments on how to draw up their savings plans. I was interested to know what departments are being asked to consider and what evidence they need to take into account. It's useful info to have when it comes to understanding how decisions are being made, especially for anyone who wants to challenge them. You can download a copy from this link
