Conference facilities

NICVA offers a wide range of low cost room hire and conference facilities in an easily accessible part of Belfast for members, voluntary and community organisations and charitable groups.

Below is a list of the various rooms that we offer, click on the room name or photo to view more details on the room including capacities and pricing and to view more photos of the room.

We have also provided a pricing overview of all of the conference facilities for your convenience, including details of equipment charges and catering prices.

  • Main Conference Room

    The Main Conference room divides in two, to create two separate conference areas, A and B. Meeting Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are located off the main conference area and are ideal as break-out rooms for larger events.  The room can seat between 50 to 150 people depending on seating layout.

  • Main Conference Room with Stage

    The Main Conference room divides in two, to create two separate conference areas, A and B. Meeting Rooms 1, 2 & 3 are located off the main conference area and are ideal as break-out rooms for larger events. The room is set up with a stage and can seat between 50 to 100 people depending on seating layout.

  • Main Conference Room (lengthways)

    This room setup can seat between 50 and 150 people depending on seating layout and includes a stage, large projector screen and optional lectern (microphone built-in).  There is also the option of a fully managed audio and video service with an experienced technician on hand for the duration of your event (Gold Package). 

  • Conference Room A

    The larger of the two conference areas, this room has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room', and can seat 30 people boardroom style, 70 people theatre style, 40 people cabaret style and 36 people classroom style.

  • Conference Room B

    This room benefits from natural light, and has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room'. This room can seat up to 24 people boardroom style, 50 people theatre style, 40 people round table setup and 30 people classroom style.

  • Boardroom

    This dedicated boardroom is located on the first floor, with stair and lift access.  This room seats 16 people boardroom style.  This room has a 50" wall-mounted plasma screen for presentations or video conferencing.

  • Meeting Room 1

    This meeting space, located just off the main conference area, is an excellent space for smaller meetings, with easy access to a comfortable breakout area.

  • Meeting Room 2

    This meeting space, located within the main conference area, can seat up to 12 people boardroom style and up to 20 theatre style.

  • Meeting Room 3

    This meeting space, located within the main conference area, can seat up to 12 people boardroom style and up to 20 theatre style.

  • Meeting Room 4

    This meeting space is also located on the ground floor of NICVA, with easy access to toilet facilities and the main reception area. This room can seat 16 people boardroom style and 26 theatre style.

  • Training Room

    This meeting space is located on the first floor of NICVA with easy access via stairs and a lift and is adjacent to toilet facilities on this floor. This room can seat between 8 to 26 people.
