About this room
This room has free wireless internet access, sound and video equipment and includes a stage. With this room setup there is one large projector screen situated to the left of the stage and a lectern with built-in microphone is also available.
NICVA also offers the option of a fully managed audio and video service for this room setup with and experienced technician on hand for the duration of your event. All presentations must be setup in a single slideshow to run from our A/V booth, with the presenter controlling via remote (Clicker). Contact us for further info.
Organisers of events can also make use of a dedicated reception/registration desk, which is located in the foyer outside. There is also space to serve food and refreshments and an area for participants to network and mingle in the adjoining foyer.
