Conference facilities pricing
NICVA’s conference facilities are for the use of voluntary, community or charitable organisations only, for non business purposes ie charitable or community related matters, or work associated with the voluntary or community sector.
Below is a list of prices for each room, click the name of a room to see photos and more details specific to that room. Price lists for AV equipment hire and catering are also below.

Evening bookings are an additional £8 per hour and weekend bookings are an additional £16 per hour.

Equipment hire
Ensuring we offer the highest quality room hire, NICVA has recently upgraded its audio/visual equipment, with the addition of a fully managed A/V control booth. This offers the ability to cater for both large and small scale events to a professional standard. All this equipment can be hired for your event. See the price list below for some of the packages on offer.
Bronze Package: Room hire + £35.00
Applies to Conference A, Conference B or full Conference Room setup.
Includes: Free WiFi, Data Projection System (up to two screens); Laptop with PA Audio; Lectern with built-in mic
Silver Package: Room hire + £80.00
Applies to Conference A, Conference B or full Conference Room setup.
Includes: Free WiFi, Data Projection System (up to two screens); Laptop with PA Audio; Lectern with built-in mic; up to three roaming mics; up to five table top mics; set-up and disassembly of audio equipment, including pre-test and sound check.
Gold Package: Silver package + £75.00 (half day) or £140.00 (full day)
Applies to full Conference Room setup only. Please note, NICVA will need 7 days notice of your requirement for this package.
This option is for those who want a fully managed service, with a full time, trained and experienced AV engineer on hand for the duration of your event.
Includes: Silver package equipment hire plus an AV engineer on hand throughout. They will be responsible for the continual audio monitoring during the event and presentation setup and control, if required.

We also have video conferencing equipment for hire costing £25 per hour for Members and £35 per hour for Non Members.

Catering

We offer a wide range of catering options for all your needs, including a hot finger buffet, vegetarian alternatives and special dietary requirements on request.
Please note there will be a 10% service charge for all catering (excluding beverages & biscuits).
