NICVA's response to Draft Charges Scheme for Northern Ireland Water Limited 2007/08

NICVA welcomes the opportunity to respond to this consultation paper. We have participated in other consultations on water charges in recent years and have many comments to make about this document. After some general comments, the response follows the structure of the document in making more specific points.
