Delegation webinar - free to members

Primary tabs

23 August 2018 -
1:00pm to 2:00pm

This one hour webinar on delegation is part of a series of monthly webinars free to NICVA members.

Delegation requires effort and perseverance and it doesn't work all of the time.  And so, this webinar has been designed to help you develop the skills of managers who are unused to delegating and who feel they have a problem with delegation.  DSC reported "The manager who fails to delegate is not a real manager.  The manager who delegates has made a start on the road to becoming exceptional at their chosen job".  This session will also be helpful as an additional module for other coaching skills and leadership and management skills programmes.

This one hour online webinar will cover the following content:

  • What is delegation
  • How to delegate
  • The process of delegation
  • Feedback

Please register at least two days before the webinar date as invitations to join us online will be sent to the e mail address you provide
