Good relations and civic leadership (East Belfast)

This half day session is part of the East Belfast Community Capacity and Leadership programme. It aims to provide an introduction to how to develop good relationships with those around you.

This three-hour sesion will be delivered by Tides Training. Participants who take part in this three-hour introductory session will explore the costs of bad relationships, complexities of good relationships and our personal responsibilities as civic leaders. 

The short session will also include the influence of identity and cultural diversity and its importance.

This is for those who would like to improve their relationships and consider how to be more effective as leaders in society. It will be delivered in an interactive and interesting way to encourage you to think about good relations within your community.
