ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management - Managing projects

This award is designed to enable newly appointed or aspiring managers plan for and successfully implement small and medium scale workplace projects. The course is delivered through an online learning platform which means that you can learn at a time and place that suits you using your own PC, laptop or tablet. NICVA will provide face to face tutorial support to practice the skills you learn online. There are comprehensive resources available to you to read, videos to watch and quizzes to complete. We have allocated a subscription of 2 months access per person to the resources to give you time to complete all the content. At induction we will provide details of how to register online.

The award in leadership and management comprises 2 courses which will take between 10 and 20 hours to complete.  The face to face tutorial is designed to help you complete the 2 ILM assignments and this session will be held in NICVA on Thursday 22nd March from 10am -1pm.  You should expect to complete the level 3 award in leadership and mangement by 30 April.

Due to the nature of the online subscription you will need to pay the full cost in order to reserve your place on this course. Places are limited so please book and pay early. The two month online access is from 1 March until 30 April. Delivery of this course is subject to having a minimum viable number of participants.
