ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management - Managing projects

This award is designed to enable newly appointed or aspiring managers plan for and successfully implement small and medium scale workplace projects. The course is delivered through an online learning platform which means that you can learn at a time and place that suits you using your own PC, laptop or tablet. There are comprehensive resources available to you to read, videos to watch and quizzes to complete. You have two months access to materials which can be downloaded. NICVA will provide assignment support and guidance.

The award in leadership and management comprises of 2 courses which will take between 10 and 20 hours to complete.  The induction session will cover all the essential elements from gaining access to materials, to assignment support, submission deadlines and evidencing your work.  You may be able to complete the level 3 award in leadership and management by 30 October 2018.
