- The groups protected under the employment equality law in Northern Ireland and the scope of this protection.
- Types of discrimination and differences between individual equality laws.
- The responsibilities placed on both employers and employees under these laws.
- The different types and manifestations of harassment and bullying in the workplace.
- How to promote a good and harmonious working environment and prevent harassment.
