One of a number of modules offered as accreditation towards an Institute for Leadership and Management Level 3 certificate in First Line Management.
This training will show you a technique that will help you behave more assertively in potentially difficult situations.
You will assess your own assertive behaviour in the workplace and think about ways of implementing changes in your behaviour with others, whilst encouraging assertive behaviour in others.
