A lot is expected of a leader. People look to you to be both resourceful and independent; the team demands your loyalty and so does your organisation. This course is designed specifically to enhance your leadership skills.

Leadership is recognised as a core skill for managers and this highly interactive course uses case studies, discussion groups and practical exercises to focus on the characteristics and skills of a leader.
Throughout the day we will review your natural leadership style and the impact this has on your team, communication skills for the effective leader, how to build a successful team and lots more.
Throughout the course you will build a foundation of the techniques and skills essential for effective leadership in today's environment.
