Customer Service
Good customer service, made simple - in this session we'll examine the ways in which you can make a difference to how customers receive you.
NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast, BT 15 2GB.
Customer Service Excellence is dependant upon your staff attitude, knowledge and skills. Very often people deliver sub standard service because they are unaware of what they should and can do. This course will help your staff understand the importance of excellent customer service and the direct impact they can have in delivering this by:
- Recognising how they can improve the customers experience through improving personal communication skills
- Gaining confidence in handling more difficult customers
- Developing personal action plans for delivering excellent customer service.
This highly participative course is designed for anyone who has regular customer contact (either face to face or on the telephone) and wants to develop their skills in delivering excellent customer service.
