Building a good team is the single most important thing a manager can do to achieve a successful working environment. With the right team attitude a team can overcome almost any difficulty to succeed in its goals. Throughout this session we will be focusing on how to create a shared belief in the value of achieving team goals and help you to understand your team members' roles and contributions. The Effective team building session will explore how to work collaboratively providing you with the tools needed to share thoughts and ideas and overcome concerns and problems.
(There is the option of achieving accreditation from The Institute of Leadership and Management for this course as a unit of the First Line Management Level 3 Certificate).
