Explanation and demystification of risk management
The purpose of the session is to look at how organisations define risk by looking at the subjective nature of risk, and how to reach consensus on acceptable levels of risk taking.
By understanding how organisations view risk, we can then consider how they can use their risk awareness to support decision making and growth. It is designed to provide an opportunity for delegates to exchange ideas and views as well as offering some positive messages about risk taking and risk management. This session is delivered by Marsh Insurance which has extensive experience of working with the voluntary and community sector and has vast knowledge and expertise in the area of risk assessment.
