Managing staff *
This session describes a framework for managing the performance of staff including supervision and appraisal.

It also covers how to give feedback and tips for how to deal with difficult situations.
Motivation of staff is a key part of supporting them and this session will outline motivation theories and give an opportunity for participants to share ideas.
Accreditation is available.
Please note that whilst this session is delivered at NICVA, if there is substantial demand we will run additional courses in other locations across Northern Ireland.
