This course provides an insight into the supervision and appraisal process. We will focus on the development of a performance based approach to management by exploring the behaviours and techniques that allow all members of the team to improve, if not exceed their results.
Throughout the course we will equip you with the skills necessary to improve your teams performance using a variety of tools and techniques.
