By the end of the session participants will achieved the following learning objectives

  • An understanding of  Impact Measurement & the principles of Social Return on Investment
  • Understand their  stakeholders and the extent to which their work impacts on their  stakeholders
  • Underpinning  knowledge to conduct a stakeholder analysis
  • Understanding of  Impact and the distinction between inputs, outputs &  outcomes
  • Underpinning  knowledge to complete an Impact Map for their  organisation/business

Session One 9.30 - 12-30pm Measuring your Impact

-          Introduction to Impact Measurement and Social Return on Investment
-          Stakeholders: Understanding who your stakeholders are and how you can engage with them to measure Impact
-          This session will conclude with some interactive work where participants will conduct a Stakeholder Analysis

 Session Two 1-30pm – 4.30pm Mapping your Impact

-          Understanding Impact: Understanding inputs, outputs & outcomes
-          Mapping Your Impact: Practical implementation of learning leading to the completion of an Impact Map by each participant for their organisation/business
-          Next Steps
