This seminar will provide an opportunity for voluntary and community organisations to discuss and debate the cuts to public expenditure. It will be addressed by the Minister for Social Development Alex Attwood MLA,  who will offer reflections on the current financial situation facing the NI Executive and the role of the voluntary and community sector.
