Negotiation Skills
This training workshop is part of the CollaborationNI project, funded by the Building Change Trust and delivered by a consortium of NICVA, CO3 and Stellar Leadership.

The one day 'Negotiation Skills' facilitated workshop covers the skills, knowledge and processes required for planning, preparing and executing a collaborative negotiation effectively. The programme is designed for any senior executives to further develop their skills base for entering into negotiation, in relation to collaborative working.
This workshop will be facilitated by John F Kelly and Kevin McKeogh, FXL Ireland, who specialise in driving organisational success through people and organisational capability development.
