New Charity Regulations, The Code of Good Governance and the DIYCommitteeGuide
North-West Community Network in association with the Developing Governance Group would like to invite you to a free seminar focusing on the new rules and regulations that will come into being from the Charities Act.
This session will also focus on the importance of good governance within charities, and will outline the key principles of the Code of Good Governance which has been developed to help and support committees of all sizes to improve their governance. In addition, the seminar will also demonstrate how organisations can use the DIY Committee Guide website to help implement the Code of Good Governance.
The seminar will take place in The Junction (Bishop Street, Derry/Londonderry) from 10.00am to 12.00pm on Wednesday 16 June 2010 (Registration and refreshments at 9.45am).
