To provide senior managers and HR professionals with a succinct overview of the main actions required to provide evidence to potential stakeholders that your organisation is seeking to promote equality of opportunity and a good, harmonious working environment.

The Equality Commission will provide a succinct update on current developments in equality legislation and recommended employment practice at this event at NICVA on 8 December from 2.00pm to 3.30pm.
This event provides voluntary sector employers with an opportunity to have an update on anticipated legislative developments relating to equality and employment; consider recent significant tribunal decisions and what they mean for employers; and explore support options if seeking to develop best practice in a specific area.

This event is part of a programme of seminars developed by the Equality Commission in partnership with NICVA aimed at assisting voluntary sector employers to meet responsibilities under employment equality legislation.
