Participants will examine the implications of current legislation on recruitment and selection processes.
This session will examine how to apply best practice throughout the recruitment and selection process and recommend improvements to an organisation's equal opportunities policy.
This session is one module of the accredited NICVA first line management programme.
Please note that whilst this session is delivered at NICVA, if there is substantial demand we will run additional courses in other locations across Northern Ireland.
