Salary Survey launch

The research focuses on the workforce composition of the voluntary and community sector and considers the issues of recruitment and retention as well as salaries and benefits. These issues are of huge interest to the sector especially in the current economic climate as organisations may be considering pay restructuring, pay freezes and job losses.

The research findings highlight many of the current challenges in these difficult economic times and identify new trends in recruitment and retention as well as recent changes to levels of pay and benefits received.

There is no charge to attend the seminar which is followed by a light lunch at 2.00pm.
