This workshop is for Chief Officers and their senior staff who wish to consider strategic options for the future of their organisation in light of the complex environment we operate in.
The trainer, Roger Courtney, has a wealth of skills and knowledge in this area. He was the founder of The Crescent Arts Centre and chief executive of the Simon Community. For the past decade, he has been working as a freelance consultant to a range of third sector organisations in the UK and Ireland.
