Successful event management
The aim of this session is to provide an understanding of successful event management, with tips and guides to ensure success. We will examine the processes currently used when managing an event to help you determine the best approaches, tools and techniques to use for your organisation.
NICVA,
61 Duncairn Gardens,
Belfast,
BT15 2GB
The programme will provide event managers with a practical guide that can be adapted to fit within their own organisation to ensure that if staff members have a great idea the organisation will have a toolkit to help make that idea happen.
The session is aimed at anyone running or planning to run an event.
(There is the option of achieving accreditation from The Institute of Leadership and Management for this as a unit of the First Line Management level 3 certificate).

Getting here and Parking
NICVA has a number of free parking spaces available for those attending events. Unfortunately these can't be reserved and are available on a first come basis. NICVA's spaces are clearly marked and we would ask that visitors only use spaces allocated to NICVA when attending an event.
Parking is also available on Duncairn Gardens and surrounding areas within close walking distance. NICVA is also a short walk from Yorkgate Train Station and you can easily catch a bus from the city centre (no 1D) direct to Duncairn Gardens, or (no 61 and 64) to Cityside Centre (a few minutes walk).
