Train the trainer
This 3 day programme is for anyone hoping to undertake, or already facilitating, training in the workplace.
Participants will consider the characteristics of a good trainer and look at how people learn differently. Participants will draw up a timed session plan, structure a training session using support materials, utilise evaluation techniques and deliver a timed session to other participants.
The Train the Trainer programme will be endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Please note that whilst this session is delivered at NICVA, if there is substantial demand we will run additional courses in other locations across Northern Ireland.
