Train the trainers (3 days) **
This 3 day programme is for anyone hoping to facilitate training in the workplace.
NICVA
It would also be useful for practising trainers to refresh and update their skills. Participants will consider the characteristics of a good trainer and look at how people learn differently. Participants will draw up a timed session plan, structure a training session using support materials, utilise evaluation techniques and deliver a timed session to other participants.
ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) endorsed award.
