This one day workshop on Developing a Strategy for Preventing Age Discrimination in Employment will take place Wednesday 4 and Friday 6 October 2006 at 10.00am in NICVA.
Brian Drury from the Equality Commission will take participants through:
- An overview of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006
- Why age discrimination legislation is required
- Key issues for employers to consider
- Recommended employment practice
- Action plan for implementing recommended practice
Each session will accommodate a maximum number of 15 attendees, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Tea and coffee will be served on arrival.
