Start Time:
02:30
End Time:
04:30
Location:
NICVA
Event Type:
Meeting
The Women’s Policy Forum is the first in a planned series of issue based forums to support policy development within the voluntary and community sector. NICVA will facilitate and convene a group of representatives from organisations interested in keeping up to date on policy in their specific area of work and debating issues with their peers on a regular basis (possibly quarterly). The forum will also be closely linked with the future development of NICVA’s Policy Manifesto, in which you may have participated in the past.
The Forum hopes to be a fairly informal arrangement and we would like to keep the membership open to anyone who feels they might be able to contribute and/or benefit. However we would be grateful if you could contact us to express your interest in joining. We are also like your suggestions for agenda items, ie the policy issues that are being dealt with by the women’s sector at the present time, as well as those you feel will be significant in the future.
For more information, please contact Zoë Anderson at NICVA.
If you would like to register for the first meeting, please let us know by Tuesday 30 November 2004
