The event at NICVA on 26 January 2009 will give groups seeking funding a chance to find out what is available and what is needed to apply by speaking directly with the funders.
"We want to kick-start fundraising for 2009" said Neil Irwin, NICVA Grant Tracker Manager. "We are bringing together as many funders as we can under one roof and opening the doors for all voluntary and community groups to come in."
The event takes place from 4.00pm to 6.00pm at NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast.
A full list of funders will be available soon. To date we have confirmations from Lloyds TSB Foundation NI, Children in Need, Big Lottery Fund, Heritage Lottery Fund, Ulster Scots Agency, Northern Bank, John Moores Foundation, YouthNet, Community Foundation Northern Ireland and Unltd.
