Participants will:

  • Receive guidance on how to monitor your workforce and complete an annual monitoring return for submission to the Equality Commission.
  • Examine practical examples and relevant documentation.

Participants will also receive a copy of the ECNI publication A Step by Step Guide to Monitoring.
