TigerAs part of Management Month, NICVA is pleased to invite you to attend the above seminar. In keeping with this years theme, “Aspire, Lead, Grow” we are delighted to welcome Jim Lawless as our keynote speaker. Jim is one of the most inspiring and highly sought after speakers and coaches in Europe. He is the only speaker to have developed a unique model for personal and organisational business success and proved it in response to an audience challenge. He put his life on the line by becoming a licensed jockey in 12 months from being an overweight, smoking non-rider. Audiences love his mix of business, humour and the practical lessons that he leaves behind for them to use as well as his tales from the racetracks and gallops.

Jim’s contribution promises to be inspiring, entertaining and motivating to managers of all backgrounds and he will guide us through the 'ten rules for taming tigers'. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with the Sector Skills Councils and get an update on strategic skills development for the voluntary and community sector.
