Guidance on responding to the consultation A Modern Regional Policy for the UK.

A Modern Regional Policy NICVA has produced its response to the consultation on a Modern Regional Policy for the UK. We urge our members to make their own responses to this important consultation which is considering, among other things, future arrangements for European funding.

It is important that voluntary and community organisations respond in writing to this consultation before 4 July 2003 , particularly if you wish to see a follow-on programme to Peace II which is focused on peace and reconciliation and is more efficient in its delivery than Peace II.

NICVA believes that the number of responses in this case will be significant and, therefore, advises you to take action. Responses can be short and the main points can be taken from the NICVA response below.
