Following on from the Election Question Time event hosted at NICVA on 12 February, NICVA has launched a website to enable the voluntary and community sector to carry on discussing real political issues.
The site also provides a wealth of information on candidates, constituencies, party manifestos and most importantly allows users to easily make comments or pose questions on real issues affecting the voluntary and community sector.
Users can also watch video footage from the Election Question time event along with party political broadcasts. Latest news about the elections is also fed to the site from local media websites.
NICVA has been informing the parties about the site and some candidates have already responded to questions posed by users. So come on, ask questions, give comments and take the opportunity to highlight to the political parties the issues that are affecting you, your organisation and the people you support.
