NICVA submits final response to second stage of consultation on the Review of Public Administration

NICVA has submitted its response to the second stage consultation on the Review of Public Administration.

NICVA is pleased to have been involved in the consultation process and welcomes specific mention in the consultation document of the role of the voluntary and community sector both in service delivery and in helping to shape local services and articulate local needs. The sector in Northern Ireland already plays a significant role in the delivery of public services, to the value of at least £30 million. We also welcome the commitment to partnership working between public, private and voluntary sectors as a key feature of the proposed new arrangements.
