NICVA's response to the OFMDFM consultation, Making it r wrld 2.
NICVA believes that the published strategy for children and young people should be streamlined, showing how each objective and action relates to the values and principles as well as to the UN Convention on the Rights of Children.
NICVA also recommends that the flawed Equality Impact Assessment should be recast in the light of further consultation and data analysis.
