NICVA's response to the reform of water and sewerage services in Northern Ireland. June 2003.

After consultation with the voluntary and community sector of NI, NICVA has published a seven page response to the consultation on the Reform of the Water and Sewage Services in NI:

"NICVA realises that the infrastructure that underpins the water system in NI is in a dangerous state and in need of a complete overhaul. To do this of course needs massive capital investment to bring the water system in NI in line with EU Directives and to promote and protect public health, particularly for the most disadvantaged..."
