NICVA's Response to the Draft Priorities and Budget 2004-2007.
NICVA welcomes the production of the Draft Priorities and Budget and has prepared a 23 page response.
Much of this response is based on NICVA's Policy Manifesto which it launched in October 2003. NICVA spent more than six months working with its members to produce the Manifesto and the document represents the themed policy priorities of a large number of organisations.
