NICVA's response to the consultation on personal relationships and people with a learning disability.

Response to the Consultation from the Eastern Health and Social Services Board on Personal Relationships and People with a Learning Disability.

The aim of the policy is to ensure that services for people with a learning disability commissioned by the EHSSB provide the choice for people to enjoy personal relationships while protecting vulnerable adults from abuse.
