NICVA’s response to the proposal to change special educational legislation.

NICVA’s response to the consultation on Special Educational Needs and Disability Order 2004.

This proposed law will change the Special Educational Needs legislation that currently exists in Northern Ireland, as well as applying disability discrimination legislation to schools and the further and higher education sectors.
