NICVA welcomes the opportunity to respond to this consultation paper. We previously responded to the consultation on the regulations themselves, and have just recently welcomed their forthcoming introduction. This response refers to each document where appropriate, rather than following the questionnaire which is too detailed for the comments we wish to make. We would also encourage you to fully take on board the comments you received from a focus group with the Older People’s Policy Forum.
