Positive Attitudes to disabled people: Response

NICVA welcomes the opportunity to respond to this consultation paper. Overall we wholly welcome the addition of these duties on public authorities, and the production of guidance to enable them to take the duties on board. This response therefore focuses on some points of concern, and follows the layout of the consultation document rather than the questionnaire format.
