NICVA welcomes the opportunity to respond to this consultation. Changes to the provision of water and sewerage services in Northern are of great importance to our members, particularly those working with vulnerable people and those on low incomes. The Licence represents an opportunity to safeguard some of those interests and ensure that fairness is built into the new system.
