NICVA and the Equality Commission have organised two workshops in April 2008 on fair employment monitoring.

How to complete an Article 55 review

This workshop at NICVA on 9 April 2008 will give guidance to voluntary sector employers on how to complete a tri-annual review and assessment of fair participation required under the Fair Employment and Treatment Order (NI) 1998.

Participants will find out about:

  • The legal duties of employers.
  • Article 55 Review documentation.
  • Evaluating data and assessing fair participation.
  • Affirmative action measures.
